I’m a little frustrated right now, because I can’t push past the 190 mark. I keep getting to 191 and then bouncing back up to 195 or 199 then back down…
Anyone have suggestions on getting the last 20 pound off? I think maybe part of it is lack of exercise, because of my knee injury a couple weeks ago, but I’ll be back at the Dojo this week. I tried doing the liquid breakfast and lunch, but finding the Pure Protein shakes is too difficult locally (Target is always out and nobody else caries them), and I am always STARVING by dinner, so I am not sure that is a great plan anyway.
I guess that I just need to be patient, it’s always hard to lose that last few pounds, and especially when you spent the past year losing the first 80…
